Botox
We strive to fully satisfy our patients with every treatment.
The cosmetic form of botulinum toxin, often referred to by its product name Botox, is a popular non-surgical injection that temporarily reduces or eliminates frown lines, forehead creases, crows feet near the eyes and thick bands in the neck. The toxin blocks the nerve impulses, temporarily paralysing the muscles that cause wrinkles while giving the skin a smoother, more refreshed appearance. Studies have also suggested that Botox is effective in relieving migraine headaches, excessive sweating and muscle spasms in the neck and eyes.
The results of Botox treatment may not be permanent.

Chiropractic
Chiropractic is based on the scientific fact that your brain, spinal cord and the rest of
your nerves control every aspect of your body. Any interference with the vital nerve links
between your brain and your body can result in ill health. This interference is often
referred to as a "subluxation" which can produce a variety of health problems.
Chiropractors are qualified in the care of bones, nerves, muscles and connective tissue and the
effects they have on your nervous system. All of the joints in your body are part of this
muscuto-skeletal system and its optimal function is necessary for overall good health
and your bodys natural healing ability
Ask your Chiropractor for more information about a care program that could include specific spinal
adjustments, exercises, nutritional advice or other conservative methods of care. Chiropractic
does not involve the use of drugs or surgery.

Dental Practitioners
Dental Facts that can help put you on the right path to good dental health and avoid having dental problems in the future:
- Dental cleanings and check-ups are extremely important
Going to the dentist for regular check-ups and cleanings is an important factor in maintaining good oral health. Regular check-ups can prevent cavities, root canals, gum disease, oral cancer and other dental conditions. Dont wait until you have a problem before you see the dentist.
- Brushing twice a day helps to keep the cavities away
When you brush your teeth at least twice a day, you are removing the plaque that causes cavities. Flossing daily will remove the plaque from in-between the teeth that the toothbrush cannot reach. Removing plaque from your teeth also helps to prevent gum disease.
- Dental problems do not get better or go away without treatment
If your dentist gives you a treatment plan for dental work that you need to have done, you should get your teeth fixed as soon as possible. Even cavities continue to get bigger. If they get big enough to reach the nerve in your tooth, your only option would be to have a root canal or have the tooth extracted.
- You should change your toothbrush every three months
Manual toothbrushes become worn out and are not as effective after about three months use. You should always rinse your toothbrush out with hot water after every brushing and change it after you have been sick.
- Maintaining good dental health is easy!
Seeing your dentist for regular check-ups and cleanings, brushing twice a day, flossing daily and eating a nutritional diet are the key factors in having healthy teeth and gums.

Dietician
A dietician is the best qualified person to consult regarding your diet.
Illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, irritable bowl syndrome and high cholesterol are some of the diseases that can be mainly attributed to our diet.
Todays diet is too high in fat, salt and refined starches and contains too little fresh fruit, vegetables and unrefined starches.
Healthy eating reduces your risk of heart disease, obesity, some cancers and diabetes. It will also improve the functioning and health of the digestive tract. If you do suffer from any of the above, a healthy diet is just as important to improve your condition and keeping it under control. A healthy diet will also help to prevent weight gain and will also make you feel good.
